Innoform Calendar

Innoform Calendar connects Innoform’s internal CRM (crm.innoform.it) with Google Calendar, so that Innoform’s sales consultants can manage appointments with customers without double bookings.

What the app does

• Checks the consultant’s Google Calendar free/busy times, so customers can book only slots in which the consultant is available.
• Creates, updates and cancels on the consultant’s calendar the events of the appointments scheduled in the CRM, including an optional Google Meet link.
• Detects when the consultant moves or deletes one of those events in Google Calendar, and keeps the CRM appointment aligned.

What the app does not do

• It does not read titles, descriptions, locations or attendees of other events: for personal commitments it only knows whether a time slot is free or busy.
• It does not modify or delete events it did not create.
• It does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google service, and never sells or shares Google user data.

Who can use it

Innoform Calendar is reserved to authorized Innoform staff. Each consultant connects their own Google account from their CRM profile and can disconnect it at any time (CRM → Profile → Google Calendar → Disconnect, or from myaccount.google.com/permissions).

Innoform Calendar collega il CRM interno di Innoform (crm.innoform.it) a Google Calendar, così i consulenti commerciali di Innoform gestiscono gli appuntamenti con i clienti senza sovrapposizioni.

• Legge solo gli orari liberi/occupati del calendario del consulente, per proporre ai clienti gli orari disponibili.
• Crea, aggiorna e cancella sul calendario del consulente gli eventi degli appuntamenti fissati nel CRM, con l’eventuale link Google Meet.
• Rileva se il consulente sposta o cancella su Google uno di quegli eventi e aggiorna il CRM.
• Non legge il contenuto degli altri eventi, non modifica eventi che non ha creato, non accede ad altri servizi Google e non cede i dati a terzi.

Accesso riservato al personale Innoform autorizzato; il collegamento si revoca in ogni momento dal profilo nel CRM o da myaccount.google.com/permissions.
